Doughray of Delray is Christina's sourdough bakery in Delray Beach, Florida.
It started with a sourdough starter and a lot of scrolling.
Like a lot of people, Christina kept seeing everyone online making sourdough. She wanted to try it for herself, so she got a starter going, mixed her first batch, and posted it on her Instagram story.
Then the gym found out.
People from her gym were watching those stories, and they started asking if they could buy some. A few orders turned into a few more. Then they began posting their loaves and cookies on their own stories, and word spread from story to story. It took off from there.

Today Christina bakes sourdough loaves, English muffins, bagels, cinnamon rolls and sourdough cookies, all in small batches. Her bread starts with just flour, water and salt, and the slow sourdough process gives everything a soft, chewy bite with a subtle tang.

For a long time, orders came in through Instagram DMs and went out for local delivery in Delray Beach. Now Christina is shipping her sourdough cookies nationwide, starting with the pre-order drop that ships October 19, 2026. Cookies are just the start.
